Write an action you recognize

Use a specific name such as “read away from my desk” rather than a broad instruction such as “be better.” The words should help you remember what you meant to do.

Leave room to change your mind

Enter minutes only on days you want to plan. Zero is a valid choice. If the week changes, update the plan or leave a day unmarked. Completion marks describe what happened; they do not need an explanation.

Review one thing

At the end of the week, notice which time or setting suited you. Carry that detail into your next plan. You can use the week arrows to keep each week separate.

Keep what you need

Use “Print this week” if you want a paper copy. Browser data can be cleared and is not synced to an account, so the tracker is best treated as a lightweight planning aid.
