The public reading and planning tools work without visitor account registration or third-party advertising scripts. Optional first-party usage counts are off until you allow them. Separate owner-only workspaces store editorial records and private financial notes on the server.
What stays in your browser
The site uses local storage to remember saved guide bookmarks, the timer’s selected interval and state, and your weekly planner entries. Planner data includes the habit name you enter, daily minutes, and completion marks.
This site’s code does not send those entries to a SmallWell server. Visitor planner entries are not synchronized across devices. Editorial records are stored separately from visitor planning data. They include imported source snapshots, article edits, review notes, publication times, and the approving editor’s Site-specific account identifier. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Please do not enter sensitive health information.
Deleting your entries
“Clear this week” removes the selected week’s planner entries. Unsave individual guides using the bookmark buttons. To remove all saved site data, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
Contact notes
When you submit the contact form, the site stores your note, its topic and time, and any name or email address you choose to provide. These messages are visible only in the owner’s editorial workspace. They are not posted publicly and the site does not automatically email them elsewhere.
A hashed sender identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. The contact database does not store your raw IP address. The hosting service may maintain its own technical connection logs. Please avoid including private medical details.
Optional usage counts
With your permission, SmallWell counts public page views, guide-link openings, tool use and copied guide links. It records the page path, an event type, a general arrival category and a daily count. It does not record visitor IDs, IP addresses, full referring URLs, search text, planner entries or contact-form contents in these analytics.
Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed with Privacy choices in the footer. Without permission, or when a supported browser privacy signal requests it, optional counts stay off. These counts are not unique-visitor numbers. Daily aggregates are retained for up to 180 days; random event receipts used to prevent duplicate submissions are retained for up to eight days. The owner dashboard and private financial notes require owner sign-in.
Hosting and external links
The hosting service processes requests needed to deliver the website and may maintain technical connection logs. Following an external source link takes you to a different website with its own privacy practices.
Changes to this version
This version includes the optional counts and contact form described above. No automatic advertising network is active. This page and its controls will be updated before additional data collection is enabled.
